Planning object
Object planning LPH 1-9 in step-by-step assignment for the construction of a new 4-group daycare center in connection with storeHainweg residential area in Wiesbaden-Nordenstadt. The daycare center is a replacement building for a decaying facility in the Nordenstadt area.
There is a legally valid development plan, which has to be partially planned for the planned construction project and from its stipulations within the framework of §31 (3) BauGBwill be freed. Both the city planning office and the building supervision of the state capital Wiesbaden approved this procedure.
In close coordination with the offices and the user of the daycare center, an urban design was developed and the first floor plan schemata wasexamined. The result of this study is the basis for further planning as part of the present tender (see point 2, framework conditions).
Output situation
on a 21 hectare area, formerly agricultural arable land, the new residential area "Hainweg" has been inWiesbaden-Nordenstadt developed. The state capital Wiesbaden thus responded to the rapidly increasing living space requirements of the past years, which will continue to result in the forecasts in the future.
