Object of planning
Object planning LPH 1-9 in a step-by-step assignment for the construction of a new 4-group daycare center in connection with storey apartment construction In the Hainweg residential area in Wiesbaden-Nordenstadt. The daycare center is a replacement building for a decaying facility in the Nordenstadt area.
There is a legally valid development plan, which has to be partially planned for the planned construction project and from its stipulations within the framework of §31 (3) BauGB will be freed. Both the city planning office and the building supervision of the state city of Wiesbaden approved this procedure.
In close coordination with the offices and the user of the daycare center, an urban design was developed and first in the context of a feasibility study Fundriss schemes un-inspection. The result of this study is the basis for further planning as part of the present tender (see point 2, framework conditions).
Starting situation
Since 2017, the new residential area has been on a 21 ha large, formerly agricultural arable land "Hainweg" developed in Wiesbaden-Nordenstadt. The state capital Wiesbaden reacted to the rapidly increasing living space requirements of the past years, which will continue to the forecasts in the future.
