The order includes the planning services free facilities according to § 38 ff HOAI in connection with Appendix 11 HOAI, performance phases 1-9 for the construction of a 5-group daycare center in the Pielweich district in Plattling.Outdoor facilities
The city of Plattling intends to build a five -group kindergarten (3 kindergarten groups, 2 children's crib groups) in the eastern area of the left -side Plattlinger Muehlbach in Steinfeldstrasse.
The result of the feasibility study commissioned for this was at the meetingdiscussed on May 13, 2024 and the preferred solution.
All variants of the solution attempts shown at the session show an exemplary structure for the new building of the kindergarten building.
A 2-storey building was presented, which is well on the existing development structurewould adapt to the adjacent residential area.
In the dialogue with the client and the educational staff present in Plattling, a tailor -made architectural concept could be developed.
The architecture is supposed to complement the upbringing and the children a creative development promotionsend.
