Description: The B 212N is planned as an on-board road outside built-up areas. The total expansion length is about 13.8 km (12.3 km Lower Saxony and 1.5 km Bremen).
The expansion should be carried out as a 2 + 1 cross section with reciprocal overtaking possibility (RQ15.5) with 4 connection points and 14 bridge structures. Agricultural traffic and cycling is led to separate ways. The route runs flood-free in dam position, so all crossings with waters and roads are transferred through the B212N.
As further planning steps, the design planning will be developed as the next follow-up of the required planning depth for the approved preferred variant 1b at the present time. At present, a forward and approval draft for the entire route is created and then requested a plan approval procedure.
