- The planned new building does not have a basement and consists of two full floors, with the ground floor being built in solid construction and the upper floor in wooden construction. The supporting structure corresponds to the skeleton construction (reinforced concrete on the ground floor, wood on the upper floor) with reinforcing reinforced concrete walls. Non-pregnant Interior walls are made of solid construction (masonry) on the ground floor and lightweight construction (drywall) on the upper floor. The floor slab and the ceiling above the ground floor are made of reinforced concrete, the ceiling above the upper floor (flat roof) is made of solid wood.
