The location for the new central clinic (ZKG) is in the municipality of Südbrookmerland near the town Georgsheil, Uthwerdum district northeast of the traffic junction of the federal highway B 72/210 with the district roads 113 and 115. The Aurich/Abelitz railway line runs parallel to the federal highway 72/210 and is currently only used for freight traffic Aurich-Emden Railway Infrastructure Company (EAE) is operated. The district of Aurich, as the responsible road construction authority for district roads 113 and 115, intends to create a junction without a partial plan with an overpass structure the federal highway 72/210 and the parallel Aurich / Abelitz railway line to enable high-quality and traffic-safe development of the clinic site. The plan is to create a new traffic axis K 115n, starting from the existing one Node B 72/210-K 113-115 is initially diverted to the south on the existing route and then returned to the north as a new axis in the form of a loop ramp over the newly built bridge structure.
