• Description:
• The municipality of Stiefenhofen intends to award the specialist electrical planning (LPH 1-9) for the new construction of the building yard with a village community center at the sports field in Stiefenhofen through a negotiation process with a participation competition. The commission should take place gradually. In the first stage, LPH 1-4 should be commissioned. The client intends to call for further LPH (5-9) as the planning and execution of the construction work continues. The client reserves the right to cancel the order to limit individual service phases or partial services to individual service levels or to individual sections of the construction project. The client also reserves the right to request individual partial services from the HOAI (e.g. in LPH 6-8) in coordination with the planner to carry out your own work. According to the current status, the electrical planning according to Section 55 HOAI 2021 Paragraph 1 (LPH 1-9) should cover the following system groups: ALG 4: Power systems, ALG 5: Telecommunications and information technology systems, Optional ALG 7: Usage-specific systems and process engineering systems, optional ALG 8: building automation and automation of engineering structures. All development measures (public and non-public) that are required as part of KG 200 are from Specialist planners should be taken into account.
