New construction of the cafeteria for the Humboldt Gymnasium Nordhausen, services of structural planning in the performance phases 1 to 6
The subject of this award are only services of structural planning. The services extend to phases 1 to 6. These are basic services andA special performance. The object planning "building" has already been awarded. The object planning "free facilities" as well as the further specialist planning (building services planning, fire protection planning, building physics and services according to the construction site regulation [Sigeko- services]) will be at the same timeSeparately assigned. In such a way that the performance phases 1 to 3, the performance phases 4 to 6 on a second stage and on a third stage the service phase 8 on a second stage.(exclusively in the form of a special service).
The following special service is assigned:
- engineering control of the execution of the structure in accordance with the certified static documents (time fee- 3. level / performance phase 8)
In the rest,As far as the content of the order is concerned, referred to the draft contract (part C of the tender documents).
