• Specialist planning in accordance with HOAI § 55 Technical Equipment, ALG 1-5 and 8, LPH 1-9 New construction of a changing building for a sports park - specialist planning for technical equipment In the sports facility “Sportpark Henstedt” (Bgm.-Steenbock-Str.) there was an addition to the existing ones Football artificial turf pitches (1x large field, 1x small field) Another large-field artificial turf pitch will be put into operation in 2025. The construction of a new building is planned to cover the increased need for sufficiently large changing rooms. There are eight changing rooms in there with four washrooms/showers and toilets as well as two changing rooms for referees. A toilet facility for visitors, an office and a meeting room with a kiosk as well as material rooms are also to be built there. The new building should be on the existing parking lot be constructed. The parking spaces no longer available there, as well as other parking spaces required by the parking regulations, should be built elsewhere on the site. This requires traffic system planning.
