- The city of Garching is planning to build a daycare center on Huetterweg in Garching for 2 creche groups and 2 kindergarten groups. The building is to be constructed using timber hybrid modular construction. The coordinated spatial program must be implemented. The creche groups should be accommodated on the ground floor. Aimed will be put into operation in the 2028/29 school year. As part of the preliminary design planning, it must be checked whether additional accommodation for an after-school group is possible, thus for a total of up to a maximum of 74 children. According to current knowledge, the future sponsor of the facility will be the city of Garching itself applied for funding within the funding framework in accordance with Art. 10 BayFAG. The planning should be based on this.
