Description:
The waste management association for the Trier region A.R.T. is currently constructing a new operations and administration building on the site of the Mertesdorf waste disposal and recycling center (EVZ). The new building is designed in such a way that, in addition to the administration area, there is also a workshop area, social/changing roomsoak and deposits are housed. These areas are divided into four floors (ground floor, first mezzanine, second mezzanine and upper floor) with a total gross floor area of 5,129 m2. Aim of A.R.T. is to provide a progressively functional, high quality and sustainableCreating a working environment. In addition, above-average demands are placed on sustainability and environmental protection. The electrical energy supply, local cooling and local heating comes from the new energy center, which is not the subject of this tender. Interface are the barrierfacilities in the transfer shaft. The supply line from the new energy center is supplied and installed by an external tradesman. The laying of the concrete core activation for the workshop, care and washing hall areas has also already been carried out.
