Description:
House 2 will be built as a timber frame construction with a wooden facade. This building
does not have a basement. The ventilation is integrated into the windows with active fans with heat recovery. This
solution is available for all rooms, except toilet areas.
House 1 (solid construction) also gets an HWooden facade.
Both buildings have the same flat roof tiles.
The dimensions and necessary construction work are roughly listed below:
-485 m2 outer walls in frame construction, total wall thickness 50 cm, with I-beams, wood fiber insulation,
-226 m2 inner walls as wooden stud walls
-862 m2 wooden ceiling elementsnt, remains visible, partially perforated on the underside, with absorber panel (wood wool), in different thicknesses 320, 280 and 240 mm
-54 aluminum windows, triple glazing, 1 to 4 parts, in different sizes, e.g. 0.9*1.6m, 0.9*2.4m, 1.6*2.4m, uw value=0.93
-5 pcs aluminum doors, 3-fold glazing, 1-wing 1.5*2.4m, ud value= 1.0
-20 pcs. Vertical awnings, zip screen, crank drive, sizes 0.9*2.4m, 1.6*2 ,4m
-62 pcs. decentralized, sound-insulated ventilation devices with WRG, on aluminum windows as reveal installation, 1-2 pcs on top of each other, 5-stage blower switch, up to 60 m³/h
-357m2 facade thermal insulation, mineral wool, 160 mm thick, WLG 035
-842 m2 cladding with wooden battens (rhombus), horizontal, open joints
