Description:
The municipality of Fuenfseen is characterized by object and specialist planning services for the construction of the daycare center in the Kogel district. The building is to be built on parcel 149/6, Flur 2 in Kogel, Friedrich-Blohm-Ring 10. The regional was on this areaSchool Kogel with a heating house that was dismantled in 2018. According to information from the client, there are no residues of the former building or other contaminated sites in the ground. However, this question is to be clarified again as part of the separate ground report.The existing daycare center in Kogel is to be closed due to considerable structural and technical requirements. For the future, 64 children are to be looked after in the new daycare center, including 12 crib children, 30 kindergarten children and 22 after -school children. It is intended to have the construction work with fundingto carry out. A corresponding application is made according to the service phase 4.
