New construction of a disaster protection center for the southern district of the Waldeck-Frankenberg district; Technical planning Building equipment according to Part 4, Section 2, HOAI, Lph. 1 - 9 plus special services

The municipality of Philipp-Soldan-Stadt Frankenberg (Eder) is planning, on behalf of the Waldeck-Frankenberg district, the new construction of the disaster control center for the disaster control of the southern district of the Waldeck-Frankenberg district.
The planned construction project includes the new construction of a vehicle hall with 6 parking spaces (internal dimension 14m), plusof the following rooms necessary for operational processing, stay, workshops and storage rooms:
warehouse
office
social room
technical room
rough cleaning (HWB)
boot washing system
toilet facilities
changing room for draft strength (21 P - M / W)
(shower in the main building of the fire brigade base )
The property planning in den Lph. 1 - 9 has already been assigned.
For the technical. Building equipment will probably require the following service profiles:
Wastewater, water, gas systems (GWA)
Heat supply systems
Air conditioning systems (RLT)
High current systems (SA)
Telecommunications and information technology systems (FiA)
