Description:
The DLR is planning to build a new Galileo Competence Center at the Oberpfaffenhofen site. The range of uses is to be similar to the existing institute buildings at the site and consist of an office workplace for around 190 people and rooms with specific technical equipment, in particularwhich exist with regard to room climatic conditions (clean room requirements, stable temperature, humidity) and safety requirements. In addition, a public area is planned as a communicative place for the presentation and discussion of the research results.
The costs (KG 200-600,DIN 276) of the project is estimated (as of 10/2022) at €32.133 million net.
The milestones of the project stipulate:
— Start of work: May 27th, 2024;
— Completion: July 27th, 2026.
