- Description:
- The construction project is the construction of a new dormitory for 24 people with disabilities with corresponding residents' rooms for three residential groups, generally serving rooms and staff rooms. The residential institution of Lebenshilfe Ostallgau e.V. is a facility in the sense of the relevant Provisions of the Social Code (SGB) IX, for adults, who are dependent on a community living situation because of their disability, i.e. the integration aid for people with disabilities.
The building is to be created in solid construction (masonry and reinforced concrete) with a green flat roof, photovoltaic system and suggested, ventilated wooden facade. The almost square building with all -round alignment receives an inner atrium.

- approx. 1000m2 partition walls of 100 Up to 175 mm, twice the planned, partially with the impregnation of impregnation,
- 400m2 of intentions, twice the one -sided, partly with the impregnation of impregnation,
