Description:
The order includes the planning services for outdoor facilities in accordance with § 38 ff HOAI in conjunction with Annex 11 HOAI, service phases 3-9 for the new construction of a dormitory for 24 people with disabilities in Absberg, Deutschordenstrasse 12. The technical systems in outdoor facilities are to be planned by the outdoor facility plannerlanes (wastewater/water systems).
After carrying out a feasibility study, it was decided to demolish the existing building and rebuild it at Deutschordenstrasse 12, despite the hillside location. The existing agricultural building is in poor condition and is unsuitable for future usensuitable. According to current knowledge, there is building law on the property. The new building is designed for 24 people with disabilities. The gross floor area is approximately 3,277 m2. The construction costs for KG 200-600 are approx. €8,600,000 including VAT. The planning is based on DIN 18040/2 barrier-free building. The project is to be registered in the funding process of the state disability plan for 2024. The details of the service phases 1 and 2 that have already been provided are attached to the procedure as appendices.
