Description: The city of Gronau (Westphalia) intends to build a replacement building for the Euregio school, grades 5 to 7 in the Epe district, Gasstrasse 17 in 48599 Gronau.
A one to three-storey building is planned in a largely solid construction. The cafeteria area is spanned with a wooden structure, all other areas have solid roofs. The construction takes place in one construction phase, a basement is only planned in a small area for building services systems. The gross volume is around 22,000 m3.
The present award includes the delivery, installation and commissioning of the building automation.
