- The subject of the order is the necessary planning services for the specialist planning of technical equipment - heating, ventilation, plumbing (HLS) in accordance with HOAI Part 4, Section 2 in the system groups 1 - wastewater, water and gas systems, 2 - heat supply systems, 3 - air conditioning systems and 7 - Use-specific systems for the new construction of the fire station with construction yard at the Winkelwiesen location, service phases 1 to 9, see project description in Chapter 4.1 of the tender document VU 1. /// The commissioning should take place in stages. The building section of the construction project cannot be carried out without fundamental changes and within the calculated costs and therefore economic viability, financing and, if necessary, funding are not guaranteed. Basic services and special services are listed in the draft contract "Technical Equipment (AG 1, 2, 3 and 7)". are based on the basic services of the HOAI as well as the detailed partial services according to the Siemon table. Commissioning takes place separately for the two building sections and is provided as follows: Stage 1 = service phases 1-2, stage 2 = service phases 3-4, stage 3 = service phases 5-9.
