Description: The Samtgemeinde Zeven has built a new fire brigade at a new location on the Südring. As part of an alternative procurement variant (PPP owner model), a new fire station with approx. 1,950 m2 of usable space (NUF) is to be planned and built on the basis of a functional description of the construction work with a spatial program in the joint awarding of planning, construction and financing services.
The services also include the complete construction of all required outdoor facilities. The financing services include interim construction financing during the planning and construction phase.
