Description:
The municipality of Rhein-Nahe plans to build a new fire station in the local community of Trechtingshausen in order to secure the operational capacity of the volunteer fire brigade at the location in the long term. The new building is to be built on the Bahnhofstrasse 1 property. This stands out of the Floor pieces 864/301 (approx. 518 m2) and 865/314 (approx. 523 m2) together, with a total area of about 1,041 m2. The property is in the immediate vicinity of the railway line (approx. 17 m distance). The basic buildability was checked in advance; Location -related requirements due to the proximity to the railway line must be taken into account appropriately when planning further planning. The residential building, which was formerly damaged on the property, which was badly damaged by a fire, was completely dismantled in March/April 2021 to the lower edge of the floor slab. The arched quarry stone cellar for Bahnhofstrasse was preserved and is to be structured in the context of the new building and integrated into the overall architectural concept. The area is made through this basement and an existing support wall towards the southwestern development road. The property is within of the stipulated flood area of the Rhine. Accordingly, suitable measures for flood protection must be provided as part of the planning.
