Description:
All buildings on the property will be dismantled, including the foundations, the structural installations in the outdoor areas (e.g. fence, asphalt, concrete slabs, etc.) and the supply and disposal systems. Some of the furnishings, plant technology, etc. are still there Workshop equipment and building services installations must be removed and disposed of properly. The former basement and retention areas on the residential property must be filled to the existing ground level, compacted according to the soil expert's specifications and the strength achieved proven by means of load plate pressure tests. The subject of this order are the services in accordance with AHO Issue 18 in performance levels 1 to 4, in particular: - structural analysis and sampling - laboratory tests - preparation of a pollutant report with a pollutant register - demolition and...
