Description:
The municipality of Wolfschlugen is planning a new building for the volunteer fire brigade and its building yard on a property area of approx. 5,760 m2 between the Winkelwiesen street and the Foellbach in the south of the local area and in direct connection to the existing recycling center of the Esslingen district.
Esa two -storey new building consisting of a fire station in the northern and the building yard in the southern section is to be created. A feasibility study was created in advance, which is to be used as a basis for further planning.
The construction section of the fire station with 6 parking spacesshould include approx. 1,500 m2 of net space. This corresponds to a gross base area of approx. 1,900-2,000 m2. The building section Bauhof with 5 parking spaces should include approx. 1,000 m2 of net space or approx. 1,200 m2 gross base area.
