The subject of the order is the necessary planning services for the specialist planning of technical equipment - electrical in accordance with HOAI Part 4, Section 2 in the system groups 4 - high-voltage systems, 5 - telecommunications and information technology systems, 6 - conveyor systems and 8 - building automation and Use-specific systems for the new construction of the fire station with construction yard at the Winkelwiesen location, service phases 1 to 9, see project description in Chapter 4.1. cannot continue to be carried out without fundamental changes and within the calculated costs and therefore economic viability, financing and, if necessary, funding are not guaranteed.
