Description:
A planner for planning the technical building equipment in accordance with § 53 HOAI i.V.M. Appendix 15 HOAI for the implementation of the construction project "New construction of the fire station Elstal" will bewanted. The specialist planning for the object planning buildings and interiors, the specialist planning structure as well as the object planning for the necessary outdoor facilities and walking and travel paths are advertised in separate loose and are not part of this award procedure. The planning of the technicalBuilding equipment in accordance with § 53 HOAI i.V.M. Appendix 15 HOAI should include the service phases 1 to 8 HOAI 2021. The assignment is gradually carried out. The structural execution is to be carried out via a single union. The construction project should be the following in accordance with the decision of the municipal councilPlanning modules include: a. A vehicle hall for 6 standard parking spaces for fire engines, including one for a turntable ladder vehicle, b. A separate washing hall, c. A social wing with changing and sanitary areas for the emergency services (see space program), i.e. an administrative wing (seeSpace program), e. an exercise area with an exercise storm, for necessary outdoor facilities such as connection and escape routes, installation space, access, car parking spaces, green spaces, enclosure. For a 7th standard parking space, a space can be planned as a later expansion option.
