New construction of a fire station in Hameln-Klein Berkel - creation of FLB LPH 5-7 and monitoring LPH 8
The city of Hameln intends to use an open procedure according to VgV, to commission the creation of a functional service description (LPH 5-7) for a general contractor assignment as well as supervision of LPH 8 for the new construction of a fire station in Hameln-Klein Berkel.
The planning services of LPH 1-4 have already been provided.

The building is classified as building class 3.
The fire station consists of two connected ones Parts of the building, the vehicle hall and the social wing. The social wing has an external dimension of
approx. 25.72 m x 13.14 m. The vehicle hall with dimensions of approx. 19.48 m x 13.41 m is planned to the side.
The social wing will be built on one floor using a timber frame construction and will have a Pent roof. The vehicle hall made of aerated concrete elements has a flat roof. The roofs are designed as lightweight green roofs and have a PV system.
