Description:
The municipality of Moeglingen intends to implement a new building due to the poor structural and technical condition of the existing fire station.
The costs of the project (KG 300+400) are currently estimated at EUR 5.02 million gross.
The milestones for the implementation of the project provide:
-The start of performance: 04.08.2025
It is intended to commission the following services (gradually): technical
equipment, system groups 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8, performance phases 5-9 in accordance with §§ 53 ff. HOAI.3, 7 and 8, performance phases 5-9 in accordance with §§ 53 ff. HOAI
The municipality of Moeglingen intends to implement a new building on the undeveloped planning area due to the poor structural and technical state of the existing fire station. The building is said to be space for a total of 100 members and sixOffer parking spaces. With regard to the growth of the members, a future expandability of the hall should be taken into account. A usable area of approx. 1,230 m2 emerges from the underlying room program.
