Description:
The municipality of Quierschied intends to build a new fire station at a convenient location within the municipality (see site plan).
The new building is intended to bring together the two firefighting districts of Quierschied and Fischbach-Camphausen into one common location become. The building is intended to accommodate a total of seven emergency vehicles and around 100 emergency services and meet all the functional, social and technical requirements of a modern fire department location.
The planning order is already in place for the property planning trade forgive. The planning and implementation of the associated traffic facilities/open spaces on the property, including the access roads, parking spaces, exercise areas, internal access routes as well as the outdoor and green spaces, will be put out to tender in a further step. This should be the case Traffic/open-air facilities are planned in close coordination with the client and the architect.
The planning takes into account the local topographical conditions, the protection of monuments (architectural monuments), the hydrological situation, the existing terrain morphology and the transport connection to the L 127 should be given special consideration. A soil and traffic report is provided as a basis; these must be taken into account during planning. In addition, the local conditions (entrance to the town) and the architecture must be taken into account.
