In the course of the new building of the Florenberg primary school in Pilgerzell A comprehensive redesign of the outdoor facilities as a coherent, pedagogically and functionally designed open -air system concept. The measure encompasses The barrier-free development of the school area with separate traffic areas for buses, cars and bicycles as well as the design of a variety of residence, play and learning areas outdoors.
The key points of the measure are:
• Integration of school gardens in the courtyards for ecological and educational Use,
• Construction of paved areas with asphalt and concrete stone paving, terraces and a bus stop,
• Construction of enclosures, ramps, stairs and barrier -free entrances,
• Equipment with bollards, waste containers, drill grilles and lighting,
• Vegetation -technical work With tree and meadow plantings as well as underfloor root and irrigation systems,
