Construction of turnkey medical areas (for example (not complete list) OP, ICU, IMC, NICU, functional diagnostics, laboratory, pharmacy, Aemp) Including costs group 473 including the respective cost groups 300 and 400, taking into account the interfaces to shell construction, expansion andTechnical building equipment (TGA). The service includes the planning, delivery, installation and commissioning of medical infrastructure and medical technology for turnkey medical areas, in particular operating sessions (surgery), intensive care units (ICU), intermediate care station (IMC)and new-born intensive stations (Nicu), as well as the associated components of the cost groups 300 (building design) and 400 (technical building equipment).
