New construction of the Geradstetten education center: building automation in the seminar building, cafeteria, foyer (SMF) and guest house & administration (GHV)
There are 80 double rooms in the guest house (GHV), all of which have a room control unit and room sensor for the bathroom with enOcean. This controls the presence, temperature and the bathroom radiator. The FBH is controlled via remote Modbus/RTU modules and thermal valve drives. A heating/cooling ceiling is used in the administration and teaching rooms. Likewise located There is a multisensor and a room control unit in the rooms. Temperature, humidity, CO2, presence, brightness and VOC are recorded. The heating/cooling ceilings are controlled with pressure-independent valves and dew point monitors per zone. There are 2 heat pumps in the technical center, which are used for both buildings are integrated and controlled for heating and cooling. There are also a total of 3 ventilation systems in the 2 buildings which are controlled via BACnet/IP. The distribution of hot and cold water is also located in the technical center, each with its own control circuits. The hot water preparation The two buildings are each implemented via storage charging controls, which are connected via Modbus/RTU. The heat meter is connected via M-Bus.
