Description:
On the roof of the seminar building, the energy for hot water preparation and building heating is generated by air-water heat pumps, which can be switched over for cooling in the summer for the SMF and GHV areas. The refrigerant R290 with a low GWP value of 3 is used.
Underfloor heating in guest houses, offices, Canteen, training rooms. Heating-cooling ceilings in administrative offices.
The hot water preparation (WWB) of the guest rooms in the seminar building takes place via
Fresh water stations. A fresh water station supplies two rooms.
The WWB in the guest house takes place centrally from the ground floor of the guest house with a Storage charging system.
The same system is planned for the kitchen's WWB.
