• Awarding of general planning services Awarding of the general planning service. The required planning services are: -Services for property planning of engineering structures in accordance with HOAI Part 3 Section 3 (waterworks property including outdoor facilities and access roads) including local construction supervision -Services for object planning of engineering structures in accordance with HOAI Part 3 Section 3 (object water pipes up to PN 25) including local construction supervision -Services for technical equipment according to HOAI Part 4 Section 2 § 53 Para. 2 No. 1 Wastewater, water and gas systems, No. 3 Air conditioning systems, No. 4 Power systems (including photovoltaic systems), No. 5 Telecommunications and information technology systems, No. 7 Process engineering systems (technical systems of the Wasseraufbereitung, inkl. Sanierung Bestand) und Nr. 8 Gebäudeautomation -Services for structural planning according to HOAI Part 4 Section 1 -Services for property planning buildings and interiors according to HOAI Part 3 Section 1 -Services for the Engineering surveying - Pressure surge calculation for the delivery line from the new waterworks to HB Türmleberg. The client reserves the right to request and agree to any further necessary planning services either from the commissioned general planning department commission or have it provided by a third party. The Gutterquelle waterworks, built in 1969/70, supplies around 90% of Donaueschingen's drinking water and is therefore the central waterworks for the city of Donaueschingen. The waterworks itself...
