Description:
The Central Clinic project represents the completion of the structural and functional development of patient care and builds on the two previous large-scale patient care projects (new buildings NPP and ELKI). Only with the realization of the central clinic will it be possible to expand the serviceg to be fully achieved and to generate savings in operation.
The first stage of construction is to be a heart center, which will include internal medicine II (cardiology) and heart surgery with integrated emergency radiology. The building has a gross floor area of 31,300 m2.
In the first phase of constructionthe rough excavation with formation of a Berlin shoring and the bored pile foundation were carried out. After completion of the remaining work from the measures in the surrounding area (MiU), the shell construction trade started work in September 2021.
The operating table systems are expected to be included in the work and assembly planningh in May 2023 and in the planned period from August 2023 to August 2024 the work on the construction site will be carried out. The start of assembly of the substructures is planned for August 2023.
As part of a Europe-wide open tender, services for the trade OP-Tischsystemen beauftragt werden.
