- Stadtwerke Waldkraiburg intends to build the new heating plant 2 - Geretsrieder Strasse technical center.
The building should be divided into two parts and contain the following areas and rooms:
- Building part 1 (boiler hall): the boiler system should be located in the first part of the buildingn, pressure maintenance, network pumps, heat exchangers, air conditioning, heating distribution as well as rooms and components for media introduction (gas room connection, drinking water connection room, oil connection room and district heating transfer shaft.
- Building part 2 (operating and technical rooms): the second part of the building should be inThe ground floor includes two medium-voltage rooms, three transformer rooms, two low-voltage rooms, emergency power system, control room, office, toilet, stairwell, hallway and connection room for telecommunications. On the upper floor there will be five office rooms, a meeting room, server room, BMA and SiBe room, toilet and mored Changing room with shower facilities, kitchen with seating, hallway and stairwell.
The preliminary rough cost estimate (KGR 200-600) for the new building amounts to a gross amount of approximately EUR 19.3 million (as of May 2023).
The milestones for implementing the project include:
- Completion: June 30, 2026
It is intended to commission the following services (in stages) with this tender: Technical equipment services, system groups 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8, service phases 5-9 in accordance with §§ 53 ff. HOAI.
