Description:
The state capital Mainz plans to build a new daycare center (daycare center) at Watford Strasse 30 in 55122 Mainz.
This new building takes place on the basis of the 5 modular daycare centers already completed in wooden construction in Mainz. The
planned daycare center becomes a gross floor area (BGF) of around 1,386 m2have and should offer space for around 104 children and
24 employees. Furthermore, the integration of a fresh kitchen is planned, as is the creation of a
sub -cellar for the technical building equipment (TGA). For the implementation of the modular cultivation in wooden construction
