• Description:
• The municipality of Bergkirchen plans to build a new hoarding in modular construction. The property is owned by the municipality and is located on a kind of campus with elementary and middle school, after-school care and sports facilities, on the western outskirts of Bergkirchen. It is located north of the existing children's house Regenbogenas well as south of the volunteer fire brigade and comprises sections of the parcel 115 with a size of approx. 2,885 m2. The new building should be carried out in modular construction and insert into the existing development of the campus. It is to be designed for a school childcare for approx. 100 to 110 children.The building should be planned functionally, but also in terms of design, economically, ecologically sustainable and energy -efficient. The performance phases will be1 to 3 and 5 to 9 of the performance view "Buildings and interiors" gradually commissioned § 34 HOAI, first of all, the service phases 1 and 2 are commissioned with commission.
