Description:
The state capital of Hanover intends to build a replacement new building for the existing integrative comprehensive school (IGS) Bothfeld with two two-field sports halls, outdoor sports areas and outdoor facilities. In addition, a district library and a cultural meeting should be built at the school location become.
The new construction project is to be implemented in ongoing operation and in three construction phases.
The project is the implementation of all construction measures including acceptance by the end of 2031.
The implementation takes place as part of a PPP-3 phase model (planning, building and financing).
The Quality -assurance project control of the buildings based on §§ 34 HOAI.
The estimated total amount for the construction of the buildings and the outdoor facilities amounts to around 84,000,000 (net)
