- The district of Kronach plans the demolition and new construction of the vocational school in Kronach. The existing vocational school building was built in several construction phases between 1965 and 1980 and has a total area of approx. 15,000 m2 and a gross area of 59,000 m³. Quantify the open spaces on approx. 13,000 m2 without gyms and district culture room. In 2018 + 2019, extensive analyzes, studies and studies were carried out at the existing vocational school center in order to better assess the building structure and the further use of the school. A feasibility study created in 2023 has evaluated the existing buildings of the vocational school in the functional and economic context and compared a new construction of the vocational school.
