• New construction of Lindequartier daycare center, Wiesbaden; Specialist planning technical building equipment ELT (ALG 4+5+6), LPH 1-3 and LPH 5-9 Project description In the new development area "Am Lindequartier" in Mainz-Kostheim, the state capital Wiesbaden is building a new daycare center with seven groups and Additional community, commercial and administrative areas are planned. The 2,208 m2 property is located at the entrance to the new quarter. It borders the main access road "Am alten Lindewerk" to the north and thus forms an elementary urban development component of the district. The location does justice to the importance of the daycare center as an important part of the area's social infrastructure and also enables the integration of the wider urban surroundings as a counterpart to the retail focus opposite. The eastern boundary of the property is widened like a square Street is formed, which forms an attractive transition to the tributary of the Rhine as the southern district boundary.
