Description:
The subject of the tender is the new construction of the lower gate of the left chamber of the Schwabenheim lock.
The above-mentioned impact gates are steel constructions that are provided with coating materials for corrosion protection. The gates of the left chamber are with a mobile crane from Landaus or with a floating crane from the upper water side. The gate can then only be transported by ship. This also applies to the newly built gate. Transporting the mentioned objects by truck on public roads is prohibited.
For transport and assembly, if necessary. additional adjustments required (local verifications and drawing adjustments, additional sheets, reinforcements…).
After completing the assembly work and before starting to flood the chamber, a leak test must be carried out.
The documents are tender plans that are not for Fproduction are released. When the contract is awarded, the contractor receives execution plans that have been checked and contain all test entries.
Weld seam tests are planned in the area of the track and neck bearings (100%). The remaining steel construction according to Din EN 1090-2 (Table 24 Scope of the rouTiny additional NDT for EXC3).
If necessary, inventory plans can also be provided for the expansion of the gates. Since the lock gate was completed in 1972, some repairs have been carried out, which may result in changes to the dimensions and details. changeSome drawings are not available. It is therefore necessary for the contractor to check the dimensions and details required for installation and removal.
Additional price demands are due to a possible mismatch between the drawings provided and the actual dimensionsen are excluded.
All individual parts have neither deductions nor additions; these must be entered into the workshop planning/work preparation.
