Description:
Flughafen Duesseldorf GmbH intends to build a new main fire station in the eastern area of the airport site. The subject of procurement for this tender are the partial services of tender package 1, extended shell construction, essentially consisting of civil engineering and foundation work, shell construction workiten, roof and facade as well as the production of the outdoor facilities.
The planned new building has dimensions of approx. 115m / 36m, the gross floor area is approx. 14,200 m2. The structure of the building, which does not have a basement, consists of a reinforced concrete structure with flat ceilings without joists. Bearing InnThe inner and outer walls are made of reinforced concrete or masonry. The massive base plate made of reinforced concrete is supported by a grid of approx. 250 reinforced bored piles, which are embedded approx. 14.00m into the load-bearing groundslated for March 2025.
