Description: The non-profit Clinic Association Allgäu gGmbH is planning the new construction of the Mindelheim Clinic at the location of the existing Mindelheim District Clinic in several construction phases. The existing structure is to be partially rebuilt / renovated, but most of it is to be demolished.
In the state hospital plan, 199 beds are assigned to the clinic. The planning size is noted with 175 beds.
The approx. 7,500 patients annually are supplied by the approx. 420 employees in the main departments of internal medicine, surgery, anesthesia and radiology. Documentation departments are provided for gynecology and obstetrics, as well as ear, nose and throat medicine.
In addition, neurosurgical interventions and operations by the MVZ are carried out at the district clinic.
The size of the overall measure is currently estimated at around EUR 115 million.
