Description:
The city of Lohne plans the new building (approx. 2,000 m2 GBF) of a music school building for approx. 1,000 pupils at a new location in downtown Lohne. The Musikschule Lohne should bring more frequency to the city center and thus more attractive. To the new building with proper To be able to implement the room layout, a complete demolition of the existing buildings on the parcels 151/1, 154/3 and 155/3 in the city center is required. The aim is to use the property as compact and functional to use the property based on the specified space requirements of the music school make possible. The development plan for the location of the new building is currently in the revision. The construction costs (KG 200 - 400) amount to a first cost acceptance from 2024 to approx. EUR 6.075 million net: - KG 200: approx. EUR 425,000, - KG 300: approx. 4.15 million EUR, - kg 400: approx. 1.5 MIO EUR. The client will be supported by an external project control office as part of the construction work.
