• Gardening and landscaping - civil engineering work Darmstädter Stadtentwicklung GmbH & Co. KG (DSE) is planning the new construction of the north fire station for the Darmstadt professional fire department on behalf of the Darmstadt City of Science. The building combines several functional areas on up to 5 floors. All the necessary parking spaces for the fire department vehicles are provided on the ground floor, along Gräfenhäuserstrasse and Pfnorstrasse. According to the current planning, the construction of one is in the western building area Basement planned. The remaining building areas are planned without a basement. The site of the planned new development is located in the northwest of Darmstadt, west of the railway line and is bordered by Pfnorstrasse in the east and Gräfenhäuser in the north Road limited. Darmstadt intends to build a new main fire station for the professional fire department.
