Description:
The MGH - Muenchner commercial and technology center mbH is a subsidiary of the state capital of Munich. It promotes the preservation of small and medium-sized companies in the state capital of Munich, supports business start-ups and currently operates nine commercial treatments and aTechnology center. In the factory district, the MGH operates the Ostbahnhof trade fair, which consists of buildings Friedenstrasse 18/18a, Haager Strasse 4-10a and Haager Strasse 5-11 with a parking garage. The existing building on Haager Strasse 4-10A is to be demolished from this building complex. It is intendedto further expand and upgrade the location through a replacement building with a combination of a commercial area and technology center. The building Friedenstrasse 18/18a is preserved. The area of the property is approximately 8,000 sqm. The new trade center with technology center was so far with aGruttoground area (GFGF) of around 21,600 sqm including underground car park planned. In order to save costs, it is currently being checked whether the underground car park can be omitted or significantly reduced.Technology industry offer the possibility of starting up a business and start trading and production companies.
