- Darmstadter Stadtwicklung GmbH & Co. KG (DSE) plans to build the new fire station north of the professional fire brigade Darmstadt on behalf of the science city of Darmstadt. The building combines several functional areas on three floors. On the ground floor, along the Grafenhauserstrasse and Pfnorstrasse All necessary parking spaces for the fire brigade vehicles. According to the current planning, the production of a basement is planned in the northern building area. The other building areas are planned without shot. The site of the planned new development lies In the northwest of Darmstadt, west of the railway line and is bordered by Pfnorstrasse and in the north from the Grafenhauser Strasse in the east. In the western area there are a allotment gardens and in the southern area there is a gravel area to a 1.5 m higher.
