The Leipzig Wohnungs- und Baugesellschaft mbH (LWB) intended, on the three parcels 167/h, 356 and 349/1 of the Probstheida district to build two residential building complexes.
The property 167/h (house 1) is limited by the Wunderlichstrasse in the south, by the Doubtstrasse in the east and the Crednerstrasse in the west. Located in the north adjacent to a vocational school.
