As part of the overall structural improvement of the Guenzburg District Hospital, a modern new hospital building for psychiatric care is being built in the third construction phase. The project includes the dismantling of existing buildings, the reorganization of the infrastructure and the construction of a future-oriented, energy-efficient one Facility with high demands on functionality, comfort and safety.

As part of the overall structural improvement of the Guenzburg District Hospital, a modern new hospital building for psychiatric care is being built in the third construction phase. The project includes the dismantling of existing buildings, the reorganization of the infrastructure and the construction of a future-oriented, energy-efficient facility with high requirements in terms of functionality, comfort and safety.
The technical building equipment plays a central role: In addition to heating, cooling, ventilation and plumbing, building automation, medical gases and complex control systems are also being replanned and integrated. Particular emphasis is placed on sustainability, operational safety, cost-effectiveness and user comfort.
The measure offers demanding planning tasks in a sensitive and technically diverse environment - from the energy center to the room-related automation solution
