The guard should offer a high level of functionality and meet modern standards in terms of energy efficiency, security and accessibility. The location of the new rescue station to be built will be in “Rahden-West commercial area”. The legally valid development plan No. 106 of the city of Rahden determines the type and extent of structural use. All specifications from the B plan must be adhered to. The planning area is located southwest of the town of Rahden and the future commercial area can be reached via Osnabrücker Straße. Diepholzer Straße (B239) runs adjacent to the east.
